Are you curious about yoga? Have you thought of joining a class, but thought “I’m not flexible enough”? “Not calm enough”? “I have nothing to wear”?

We will help you explore all that yoga has to offer—increased flexibility and strength, increased focus, and an overall sense of health and well-being.

Learn the basics of yoga in 4 weeks with Dorothy!

Thursdays, 6-7 p.m.: May 7, 14, 21 and 28.

Our fun 4-part series covers a wide range of everything you need to know. This is ideal for brand new yogis, as well as anyone who would like to fine-tune their practice and take things back to basics.

What to Expect:

Week 1: Breathing and sun salutations

Week 2: Standing poses

Week 3: Seated postures

Week 4: Flow class incorporating all that you’ve learned

Cost: $65 + HST
