This 4 part kids series will include mindful yoga poses, breathing techniques, songs and arts & craft. Providing these skills, with regular practice, promotes self and social awareness, decision making and self-regulation. The main focus in this class will be to have FUN. For kids ages 6-10 years old.
Tuesdays Oct. 1, 15, 22 and 29, 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Please note there is no class on Tuesday Oct. 8.
