Begin on your belly with your palms positioned beside your ribs and elbows bent about 90 degrees. Press the tops of your feet into the floor and start to straighten your arms as you lift your torso, draw your collarbones forward, and lift your legs to hover the floor. From here press your tailbone toward your heels, pull your bellybutton in, and slide your shoulder blades toward your spine. Breathe and enjoy here. Upward. Facing. Dog.
