“I began yoga classes in March for medicinal reasons. Yoga was to be part of a lifestyle to control hypertension. I quickly found I enjoyed yoga practice.
The different styles of the three teachers that guide the classes I typically attend complement each other, giving me different perspectives on the practice.
I like the challenge of finding ways to focus on the session as it starts, and sometimes a challenge to shut out thoughts from the other parts of life. I particularly enjoy the challenge of Vinyasa.
I usually feel that the sessions arrive at Savasana surprisingly quickly. Time flies when you are having fun (or at least when you are focused on the present).
