Halfway Lift – Begin in a standing forward fold position. On an inhale, press your finger tips into the floor or your hands into your shins, straighten your elbows, and draw your sternum forward as you find length in the front body. Keep your neck in the same line of extension as your spine. This pose will stretch your front body, strengthen your back body, and stimulate your belly.
