The retreat takes place at the Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort in Nosara, Costa Rica. https://bodhitreeyogaresort.com/  We have held our retreat at this resort for the past few years, and we love it there!

Nosara is located on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica, and is an area known for surfing and yoga--it's kind of jungly and beachy. 

We structure our days so there will be lots of free time, with yoga and meditation twice a day. You can use your free time to do all kinds of things--going to the beach, shopping, exploring, hanging out by the smoothie bar, spa-ing. You can be as busy or as relaxed as you like. 

Included in the room cost:
- All levels Yoga and Meditation Classes - 2X/day
- Healthy and delicious meals - 3X/day
- Accommodation
- Shuttle service to beach

Not included:
- Flights, airport transfer (we normally fly into Liberia, CR and take a shuttle from the airport to Nosara--it's a 2 1/2 hour ride)
- Meals outside of the resort
- Smoothie Bar and Spa purchases
