GoYoga’s signature 200HR training is on the road, in May 2023 we are heading to Nosara, Costa Rica where we will be hosted at the amazing Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort. The GoYoga 200-HR Teacher Training is a powerful opportunity to gain an understanding of the art and science of yoga with Taylor Coupland.

The 200-HR Teacher Training is based on the study of one of the most popular forms of yoga asana: Vinyasa. Key components include flowing movement, breath awareness, and a method of sequencing poses in a way that is safe, intentional, and transformational.

Our approach is more experiential than lecture-based, so you can expect plenty of discussion, creative outlets and fun ways to learn and build confidence and wisdom that only come from experience. You’ll practice and polish your poses, learn effective strategies for creating your own class themes and sequences, and become comfortable with demonstrations, hands-on assists, and the art of leadership. You’ll study alignment, anatomy, history, philosophy, breathwork and meditation, all while in paradise.
