Teachers of GoYoga
Megan
Megans meditation practice began while studying Psychology at Wilfred Laurier University. It began as a tool to help Megan personally ground herself while staying present when feeling overwhelmed with the stresses of school life. From there, meditation and mindfulness became an integral part of Megans daily life.
Upon graduation, Megan dedicated more time to deepen her daily meditation practice while under the mentorship and teaching of Shelley Wishart. In addition to learning the art of teaching meditation, Megan incorporates singing bowls and the healing properties of sound during her classes.
Will
Will started practicing Yoga six years ago when he retired from his Toronto desk job. He uses his yoga practice to build strength and flexibility. He completed his 200 hour training with GoYoga in Orangeville and Costa Rica. His practice focuses on restorative and intermediate flows. He believes in making yoga accessible to every body.
Jackie V.
Jackie has always been curious about the body, healing, and movement but mainly from the physical perspective; improving athletes’ performance. Through her training as an Athletic Therapist and her graduate school research, Jackie began to understand that healing of injured tissue was more than biological and sought to “treat” her own injuries from running by way of mobility training. Through her own yoga practice, she has gained an appreciation for how it can influence not just the physical, but also the emotional and spiritual.
In 2023, Jackie did her yoga teacher training through GoYoga in Costa Rica. As a yoga teacher, Jackie incorporates a movement flow that focuses on mindfulness, expressions of strength, mobility, and balance but always coming back to her roots of improving performance; performance that is focused on individual, personal goals that expand beyond the biological. Jackie believes that yoga is for everyone, providing mental clarity, physical strength/mobility, and an opportunity to grow the self.
Off the mat, Jackie can be found spending time in nature with her beautiful canine companions and reading non-fiction “geeky” books to expand her knowledge of the human condition.
Brittney
Brittney found the practice of yoga when she was 17 years old. Being a competitive athlete most of her life, yoga was a place for her to come and not have to compete with anybody. It soon became a safe and familiar place for personal growth and mindfulness.
Brittney became drawn to the physicality of the practice and used yoga as a way to stay fit throughout pregnancy and maternity leave. She prides herself on creating a “one stop shop” practice that targets most areas of fitness all in one short hour.
After encouragement from friends and family, Brittney pursued her YTT during the pandemic and soon discovered her true purpose.
You can catch Brittney on her mat Wednesday and Thursday evenings, or catch her at the local arenas watching her kids play sports !
Marley
As a long-term yogi and lifelong learner, Marley has been practicing yoga for many years. She began to practice when the overwhelming demands of university led to burnout and health issues. Marley fell in love with yoga because of the mental and physical health benefits it offers.
Her goal as a teacher is to share those benefits with as many people as possible, while also challenging them to improve and grow in their practice.
To achieve this goal, Marley completed her 200HR and 300HR Yoga Teacher Training here at GoYoga with Taylor Coupland.
Marley hopes that her classes allow students to feel focused, challenged, and accomplished when they leave.

Katelyn
With nearly two decades of dedicated yoga practice under her belt, Katelyn’s journey began alongside her mother, a seasoned yoga instructor herself. Her passion for movement led her to explore various programs as a fitness instructor, culminating in a formal education in Kinesiology. Eager to deepen her understanding of holistic wellness, Katelyn pursued a master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
Four years ago, Katelyn embraced her calling as a yoga instructor, and discovered the transformative power of yoga as a therapeutic tool. In her classes, Katelyn strives to create inclusive, nurturing environments that foster physical, mental, and emotional strength.
Beyond the studio and clinic, you'll often find Katelyn amidst the beauty of nature, savouring precious moments with her cherished family.
Jasmine
Jasmine was initially drawn to yoga in her teens as a way to stay active and build strength. Later in life, she began to discover how powerful of a practice it is for the mind, body, and soul, and she couldn’t get enough.
Creating a consistent yoga and mindfulness practice supported Jasmine through healing anxiety, stress, and chronic pain, and over time her passion grew stronger. She felt a need to share what she had found through yoga with others, and completed her 200hr YTT with Kala Yoga in Orangeville.
Jasmine has a warm and welcoming nature, and she values focusing on an intentional practice that encourages you to foster a deeper relationship with your body.
Off the mat, you can find Jasmine on a patio having lunch with a friend, on a hike, or attending a class at Go Yoga! She looks forward to seeing you soon.
